Cancellation and Other Policies
At Light Touch Studio, we kindly request your credit card information to secure your appointment. Please note, your card might only be charged in the even of a no-show or a cancellation/reschedule within less than 48 hours’ notice.
In the event you are not comfortable with providing your credit card information, please call our studio at +1 (587) 710 – 9245 and we will book you manually. To confirm your appointment with no credit card on file, please forward a $50 deposit to our email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the time of the appointment.
48-HOUR RESCHEDULE POLICY
If you would like to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Clients rescheduling after the mentioned timeframe might be a subject of $50 cancellation fee charge.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late might result in appointment cancellation and $50 cancellation fee charge.
A lot of parking spots are accessible both in the front and on the sides of the building. Please use assigned spots for “Light Touch Permanent Makeup Studio” or other vacant stalls without specific signs designated for other businesses to avoid potential fines. You are solely responsible for any fines incurred due to improper parking.
