Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning
$230
Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning is a non-invasive, chair-based procedure performed fully clothed. It uses electromagnetic muscle stimulation to activate the pelvic floor and gluteal muscles, producing repeated involuntary contractions that are difficult to achieve through regular exercise alone.
The goal of the session is to support pelvic floor and gluteal muscle activation, tone, strength, and overall muscle conditioning. Like physical exercise, results are usually best achieved through a series of sessions rather than a one-time visit. Some clients notice changes after the first session, while the most noticeable improvements typically build gradually over several weeks.
Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning at Divine Beauty MediSpa is provided as a non-invasive esthetic and wellness procedure. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or manage medical conditions such as pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary disorders, sexual dysfunction, or post-surgical concerns. Clients with diagnosed pelvic health conditions should be under the care of a physician, pelvic floor physiotherapist, or other appropriate healthcare provider.
At Divine Beauty MediSpa, we offer:
- Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning – approx. 30 minutes
A comfortable, fully clothed chair-based session designed to activate the pelvic floor and gluteal muscles through repeated electromagnetic muscle contractions. The session requires no undressing, no needles, and no downtime.
This procedure may help with:
Core-to-Floor Package – 10 sessions total
The Core-to-Floor Package combines:
- 5 Body Shaping sessions focused on core muscles
- 5 Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning sessions
Sessions are performed on an alternating schedule.
This package is designed for clients who want a more complete approach to core, pelvic floor, and gluteal muscle conditioning. The abdominal core, pelvic floor, and gluteal muscles work together as part of the body’s support system, so combining these sessions may create a more balanced and compounded result than focusing on one area alone.
The Body Shaping portion helps support abdominal muscle definition and body contour goals, while the Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning portion focuses on pelvic floor and gluteal activation. Together, the package supports a stronger-feeling midsection, better muscle engagement, improved tone, and a more connected core-to-floor foundation.
The Core-to-Floor Package is not a weight-loss program and is best suited for clients who are already reasonably active or close to their body-shaping goals.
What to Expect
Consultation
Your visit starts with a consultation where our Medical Esthetician reviews your goals, health history, current medications, previous surgeries, implants, and possible contraindications. We clarify whether the procedure is suitable for you or whether you should first consult a physician or pelvic floor physiotherapist.
This procedure is not used to diagnose pelvic floor disorders or replace medical care. If your concern involves pain, unexplained symptoms, recent surgery, pregnancy, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary symptoms, or another medical condition, we may recommend medical clearance before proceeding.
During the Session
You remain fully clothed and sit comfortably on a chair. The session typically takes approximately 30 minutes.
During the session, you may feel strong but controlled muscle contractions in the pelvic floor and gluteal area. The intensity is adjusted gradually to your comfort level. Most clients describe the sensation as unusual but tolerable, not painful.
Because the procedure uses a strong electromagnetic field, all metal objects and electronic devices must be kept away from the chair. Phones, watches, keys, cards, jewellery, belts, and accessories with metal should be removed before the session. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing without metal buttons, zippers, or decorations.
You may bring a book or journal to read during the session, as using electronic devices during the session is not recommended.
During the Session
There is no downtime. You can return to normal daily activities immediately after your session.
Some clients may feel mild muscle soreness, temporary muscle fatigue, or a sensation similar to having completed an intense workout. This usually settles on its own.
Possible temporary effects may include:
- Muscle soreness
- Temporary muscle spasms
- Temporary joint or tendon discomfort
- Temporary fatigue in the targeted muscles
If you experience unusual pain, prolonged discomfort, dizziness, or symptoms that feel concerning, contact the clinic and seek medical advice if needed.
Sessions
For best results, a series is recommended.
A typical starting plan includes:
- 6 sessions over approximately 3 weeks
- Sessions spaced 2–3 days apart
- Maintenance sessions as needed after the initial series
Some clients may choose occasional maintenance every 6–12 months, while others may benefit from more frequent maintenance depending on age, lifestyle, fitness level, and personal goals.
Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning is similar to exercise in the sense that results are easier to build than to keep forever without maintenance. Long-term results are best supported by regular movement, healthy body weight, good hydration, balanced nutrition, and, where appropriate, guidance from a pelvic floor physiotherapist.

If you are unsure whether this procedure is appropriate for you, medical clearance may be required before your appointment.
Always inform your Esthetician about:

- Any intrauterine device
- Any history of seizures or epilepsy
- Any heart, lung, bleeding, or clotting condition
- Any cancer history
- Any pelvic surgery or recent surgery
- Any unexplained pelvic pain or unusual symptoms
- Current medications

Aftercare
After your session:
- Resume normal daily activities as tolerated.
- Drink water after the session.
- Avoid overtraining the same muscle areas immediately after your session if you feel sore.
- Continue regular movement and healthy lifestyle habits to support results.
- For Core-to-Floor clients, follow any Body Shaping aftercare instructions given for the abdominal/core portion of the package.
- Contact the clinic if discomfort feels unusual, intense, or lasts longer than expected.
Because this procedure works by activating muscles, mild soreness can happen. Think of it like your muscles being reminded they have a job, which apparently they needed from a chair.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this procedure for?
Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning is designed for clients who want to support pelvic floor and gluteal muscle tone, improve muscle activation, and add a non-invasive procedure to their wellness or body-conditioning routine.
It may be a good option for clients who want a comfortable, fully clothed session with no needles, no undressing, and no downtime.
It is not a substitute for medical care, pelvic floor physiotherapy, or physician assessment when medical symptoms are present.
Does it hurt?
Most clients do not describe the session as painful. The sensation is strong and unusual because the pelvic floor and gluteal muscles contract repeatedly during the session. The intensity is adjusted gradually based on comfort.
When can I see results?
Some clients notice changes after a single session. More noticeable results typically build over the next few weeks, especially when completing a recommended series.
For best results, we usually recommend at least 6 sessions.
How long do results last?
Results vary depending on age, lifestyle, fitness level, muscle condition, and maintenance. After an initial series, some clients choose maintenance every 6–12 months, while others may prefer more frequent sessions.
Like exercise, results are easier to maintain when supported by regular movement, healthy habits, and occasional maintenance.
Is there downtime?
No. There is no required downtime or recovery period. You can return to normal daily activities immediately after your session.
How is this different from intravaginal laser or RF procedures?
Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning is performed fully clothed while sitting on a chair. It focuses on activating and strengthening muscles.
Intravaginal laser or RF procedures are different technologies and are usually focused on tissue quality, collagen, and elasticity in the vaginal area. The procedures are not the same, although they may be complementary when recommended by an appropriate professional.
Can I combine this with Body Shaping?
Yes. That is the purpose of the Core-to-Floor Package.
Body Shaping focuses on core muscle activation and body contour goals, while Pelvic Floor & Gluteal Muscle Toning focuses on pelvic floor and gluteal activation. Alternating both procedures may support a more complete core, pelvic, and gluteal conditioning plan.
